    I’m afraid that 12 days after ordering I can only review the service and not the product as I haven’t yet received it!
    Immediately after ordering the adaptor I received a confirmation email written in a rather flowery poetic manner that explained how the expert team would be donning their lab coats in order to craft me one of the finest bespoke intercom connectors available, the email explained how they would send me notification when completed and send it by something called ‘express service’
    As yet , 12 days later I am still waiting for this email to confirm express delivery.
    I have contacted them twice and apparently last weekend my adaptor had been completed and was awaiting final inspection, to be posted Tuesday. I received an email in the interim explaining how they had logistics problems which had now been resolved. Again on Friday I asked about my adaptor, which apparently was now complete awaiting dispatch .
    I paid a premium price for a piece of 3d printing, all I have received so far are smoke and mirrors emails. I note a lack of negative feedback for this company so I’m not sure if I have been unlucky in the service I have received, or if as I suspect, my review will be vetted and removed to avoid accountability for slow service and inaccurate communication

    Great adapter!

    I wanted something that was sturdy and was great quality and this adapter is it. Did not want to upgrade my Cardo unit so this adapter for my Spirit HD was the perfect solution. Great product, communication, customer service and fast shipping has me spreading the word about Tubbs Jackson!!!
